we discovered that there was a niche for the servicing of the commercial
coffee and espresso machines for various companies in and around the Queenstown
and wider Central Otago area. We were lucky to take a holiday to Italy
in March 2003 and had the opportunity to spend some time training and
observing at the Cimbali Factory in Milan. This gave us more insight into
the required service and preventative maintenance of the machine in general.
With this in mind when we returned to NZ we decided to integrate this
into our already established business. With our love for coffee this was
easily a natural progression. We aim to try and make your coffee making
experience as easy and enjoyable as possible by helping you find the right
machine for your individual needs whether it is at home or for the office.
Our new premises were opened in November 2003. Our showroom houses
a selection of coffee machines that we believe to our knowledge to
be the most conveniently used machines for all types of coffee making.
Whether it be an easily operated automated machine or a full on manual
machine we want you to be able to make exceptional coffee on a machine
that is well built and reliable. For your added convenience we sell
machines that our technicians are experienced in servicing. The showroom
also displays the many various additional accessories for your coffee
making such as grinders, beans, coffee cups, tampers, plungers, stovetops
etc. With the workshop on site as well everything is easily accessible.
We decided to target the domestic market however soon realised that the
many restaurants and bars were just as anxious in needing an alternative
with customised independent advice.
Coffeefix is not however affiliated to any particular brand of machine
or bean. There are lots of great machines out there (for all budgets)
and it is important for us to be able to offer you ‘the consumer’
choice.
Coffeefix are also Registered Master Electricians and still provide
the same electrical service and maintenance that we have done since 1995.
Yes!!! we repair Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Ovens and can accommodate
all your alterations and repairs. We are Service Agents for the following:
Delonghi, Jura, Adimac, Parex.
